Jonathan Henry's father is Mr Ivan Henry Howden and his mother is Carole Lesley Irene Dowles.  His paternal grandparents were Allan Malcolm Howden and Violet Evelyn Smith.  He is the oldest of four children.  He has two brothers and a sister, named Robert George, Stuart Allan and Sarah Evelyn Lesley.
